Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Griptec. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We only sell to domestic customers in New Zealand via www.griptecsport.com and only offer returns to customers who purchase directly off our website. If you have purchased a Griptec product in a country other than New Zealand, please contact the shop where you bought the product directly to return.
We accept returns up to 30 calendar days after the date of your purchase. We do not offer returns on purchases after 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition. All items sold on Sale are final.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Griptec is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.
